    1. Cost Analysis: Students will learn how to analyze and classify costs, understand cost behavior patterns, and differentiate between fixed and variable costs. They will explore techniques such as cost allocation, cost estimation, and cost-volume-profit analysis to assist in decision-making processes.
    2. Budgeting and Planning: Students will understand the importance of budgeting in organizational planning and control. They will learn how to prepare and analyze budgets, including operating budgets, cash budgets, and flexible budgets. The course will also cover variance analysis to evaluate and control performance against budgeted targets.
    3. Performance Evaluation: Students will explore methods of evaluating the performance of departments, products, and individuals within an organization. They will learn about key performance indicators (KPIs), balanced scorecards, and other performance measurement techniques to assess and improve overall organizational effectiveness.
