MASTER OF SCIENCE IN INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS MANAGEMENT

Master of science in International Business Management is designed to equip students with broad based of knowledge and core skills required to excel in the global business environment. This programme aims to cultivate a deep understanding of the complexities of international business and foster an appreciation for cultural difference that can impact  business practices.

By the end of the programme, students should have learned or understood the following;

  • The fundamental concepts and theories of International Business Management , such as global economics, cultural diversity, cross-border operations, and international marketing.
  • How to identify and analyze international business opportunities and risks,evaluate the market entry strategies, and make effective global decisions in a global setting.
  • The importance of corporate social responsibility and sustainability, and how they apply to international business operations.
  • The role of technology and innovation in international business, including the use of digital platforms for market expansion and global collaboration.
  • How to manage global teams, adapt to cultural differences, and effectively communicate across borders.
  • The legal and ethical issues related to international business management, including regulations, corruption, and intellectual property rights.

Applicants are required to have a high level of time management skill. Applicants must meet the institution requirements.

Throughout the course or programme, customised exercises, assignments, and/or quizzes are used to track students' progress in learning. Such comprehensive assessment process is summative.

In order to graduate from the programme of study, students must complete all assessments and courses in full.

Every course's final exam can be attempted up to five times, giving you the flexibility to learn at your own pace and master the material.

Your highest grade obtained across all attempts will be considered as your final grade for that particular course. 

Your final grades, reflective of your highest achievements, will be clearly stated on your official transcript.
