PROJECT MANAGEMENT

This Programme equips participants with the essential skills and knowledge needed to effectively plan, execute, and manage projects of varying sizes and complexities. In this programme participants will learn industry best practices, tools, and techniques that are critical for successful project delivery.

Upon completion of this programme, students should be able to;
